Discounts and Offers Rules
1. All discount codes and and offers usually have an end date. This will be specified in the email.
2. Personalised discount codes can be redeemed at any time unless stated otherwise. You will have a 5 week grace period to claim an ordered compensated discount before it is no longer valid .
3. Discount codes and offers cannot be used once an order has already been placed or after the promotion has ended (this includes both general and personalised discount codes).
